Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Effective Date: August 12, 2026 • GVOTS (Toronto, ON, Canada)
1. Purpose, Scope & Platform Integrity
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all access to and interaction with the generative engineering workspace, multi-agent reasoning models, and cloud endpoints operated by GVOTS ("we", "us"). Our primary objective is to maintain a secure, high-performance software engineering accelerator while preventing misuse that could threaten infrastructure stability, user privacy, or cybersecurity integrity.
2. Absolute Prohibition on Malware & Cyber Exploits
You agree never to input prompts, audio directives, or source attachments designed to synthesize, develop, obfuscate, or facilitate:
- Ransomware, trojans, rootkits, keyloggers, or spyware.
- Zero-day vulnerability exploits, buffer overflow injections, or automated exploit payloads.
- Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) tooling, packet crafting, or port scanning utilities targeting third parties.
- Code specifically engineered to bypass multi-factor authentication, credential verification, or access controls.
3. Network Attacks, Unauthorized Scanning & Testing
Users shall not perform unauthorized load testing, penetration testing, automated vulnerability scanning, or denial-of-service simulations against GVOTS domains, API routes, or cloud clusters without express prior written authorization from our Security Operations Center. Any uncoordinated scanning will be classified as an adversarial intrusion attempt.
4. Anti-Scraping, Automated Botting & Rate-Limit Circumvention
Users shall not employ automated scripts, headless browser clusters, or unauthorized robotic tools to interact with the Studio frontend or API endpoints. Circumventing platform rate limiters, concurrency quotas, or API throttling mechanisms via IP cycling, proxy rotation, or spoofed request headers constitutes an immediate breach of this policy.
5. Prohibition on Reselling, Sublicensing & API Redistribution
GVOTS accounts and workspaces are licensed strictly for internal organizational use. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute access to the GVOTS platform, its proprietary agents, or underlying API endpoints as a managed token proxy, wrapper service, or multi-tenant conduit without a signed commercial OEM agreement.
6. Reverse Engineering & Model Extraction Prohibition
You agree not to scrape, decompile, reverse engineer, or systematically probe GVOTS engines to reconstruct proprietary agent prompts, system instructions, heuristic weights, or tokenizer dictionaries. Automated harvesting of studio outputs for the purpose of training competing artificial intelligence systems, foundation models, or code generators is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate violation of our trade secrets.
7. Prohibition of Illegal, Harmful & Non-Consensual Audio
Voice-to-Spec audio capabilities must be utilized exclusively for lawful software engineering and product ideation. Users shall not dictate defamatory statements, hate speech, violent extremist material, or attempt deepfake audio impersonation of identifiable individuals. When transcribing multi-party sprint meetings or conference calls, the user warrants that all participants have provided consent in compliance with applicable provincial and federal wiretapping statutes.
8. Intellectual Property Infringement & Trade Secrets
You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary licenses, patents, copyrights, and permissions for all source code, proprietary schemas, and documents uploaded or dictated into GVOTS. Dictating or uploading classified government information, proprietary source code stolen from third parties, or trade secrets in violation of non-disclosure covenants is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
9. Security Telemetry, Audit Monitoring & Enforcement
GVOTS maintains immutable security audit logs recording API request timestamps, originating IP addresses, authenticated identity hashes, and concurrency patterns. These audit logs are monitored continuously by automated anomaly detection systems. GVOTS reserves the right to immediately throttle, suspend, or terminate workspace access without prior notice upon detection of abusive or policy-violating activities.
10. Law Enforcement Cooperation & Incident Reporting
In cases involving malicious cyber attacks, national security threats, unauthorized infrastructure penetration, or illegal activity, GVOTS cooperates fully with Canadian and international law enforcement agencies, including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). If you discover a vulnerability or observe activities violating this policy, please report it immediately to:
